Anne-Marie Korte is full Professor of Religion, Gender and Modernity in the Faculty of Humanities of Utrecht University. She is also the director of the Netherlands School for Advanced Studies in Theology and Religion (NOSTER). A theologian and philosopher by education, she has specialised in theological anthropology and gender studies in religion. Her major research interests are classic and contemporary miracle stories and the role of gender and sexuality in contemporary accusations of blasphemy. Anne-Marie has published widely on these and other topics. She also has edited a large number of book volumes, including the following titles:
